We hope you love your FIRAWN order. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within the following 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn other than for the purpose of trying them on, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email returns@firawn.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an Evri QR code and instructions on how to return your parcel. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Return costs
A £4.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund when using our Evri returns service.
UK exchanges are complimentary. If you would like to exchange an item, email returns@firawn.com with your preferred replacement product or size. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return costs will not be charged where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Fragrance must be returned unused, unopened and with any protective seal intact, unless it is faulty or damaged.
Items made to your specification or personalised for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.
We may reduce the refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has consequently been reduced.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund.
